The present invention relates to a novel thiazolidine derivative compound having inhibitory activities with respect to TAK1 kinase, and to a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating cancer or tumor, comprising the same. According to the present invention, the thiazolidine derivative of chemical formula 1 has excellent inhibitory activities with respect to TAK1 kinase, thereby being efficiently used as an agent for treating or preventing cancer or tumor.
