The present invention relates to a cooling mobile phone case using paraffin. The cooling mobile phone case using paraffin according to the present invention is provided with: multiple lozenge-shaped cooling cells; and cooling grooves formed between the multiple cooling cells. Each of the multiple cooling cells has: a plurality of TPU layers formed of thermoplastic polyurethane; and a paraffin layer formed of paraffin between the TPU layers. According to the present invention, the paraffin is separated into several small fragments and then the fragments are arranged in the cooling cells constituting the thermoplastic polyurethane mobile phone case. Accordingly, heat generated in a mobile phone can be released within a short period of time and the surface temperature of the mobile phone can be lowered.
