PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress power consumption in radio equipment.SOLUTION: Radio equipment 20 includes a receiver unit 222, a detection unit 221 and a control unit 300. The receiver unit 222 receives transmission power control information from a base station. The detection unit 221 detects the reception intensity of a radio signal from the base station.
