PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a roller cleaning device which can conduct cleaning even if the pressure of a cleaning cloth put on the surface of the roller is weakened.SOLUTION: In the roller cleaning device provided with a supply means 7 for supplying cleaning cloth 8, a winding means 9 for winding up the cleaning cloth 8 to be supplied from the supply means and a pressing body 14 disposed between the supply means 7 and the winding means 9 and for bringing the cleaning cloth into contact with the surface of the rotating roller 1, the cleaning cloth 8 involves microfiber 18. Preferably, the pressing body 14 is a blade to linearly press the cleaning cloth 8 to the surface of the roller 1 along its longitudinal direction.
