The objective of the present invention is to provide a very efficient and economical panel by solving chronic noise problems occurring in a construction site by efficiently improving the housing of a main body, which is the main member of the plate, and adding a member having a sound-absorbing function so that the plate, which is the main member of the wall installed for earth retaining, can simultaneously take not only an original earth retaining function but also a function to absorb noise generated in a construction site. Also, the improvement of the housing of a main body facilitates selective and easy control of places and types of reinforcement members, so it is possible to design an optimal plate so that safety and economic efficiency can be satisfied at the same time and durability can be greatly increased. |
