<p>The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of garlic ssamjang (fermented Korean soybean paste mixed with hot red pepper paste) including dietary fibers. The garlic ssamjang including dietary fibers in the present invention has simplicity and quality consumers want while having improved nutrients of main and supplementary ingredients and other seasonings. The manufacturing method of the garlic ssamjang including dietary fibers comprises a garlic aging process (100) including the steps of selecting garlic; peeling the garlic; removing foreign materials like soil and inedible parts from the garlic; washing the garlic; and aging the garlic in vinegar for 100 days.</p> |
