The present invention relates to a traffic signal control system using a ring network. The traffic signal control system enables a controller and traffic control target devices which are controlled and operated by the controller to use a low voltage cable implemented as a single module and implements the respective nodes in the traffic devices to form a ring network to operate data communication processes. Accordingly, the present invention can simplify the wiring and lower the energy consumption without compromising the beauty of a city.
