PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a power voltage in a short time.SOLUTION: A discharge circuit 30 includes: a first switch element Q1 for switching whether or not to make conduction between a power terminal Vin, to which a power voltage VDD is supplied, and a resistor terminal RS which is grounded through a discharge resistor Rx; a second switch element Q2 for switching whether or not to make conduction between the power terminal and a control terminal of the first switch element; and a first resistor R1 connected between the power terminal and a control terminal of the second switch element. Parasitic capacitance between the control terminal of the second switch element and the power terminal is smaller than parasitic capacitance between the control terminal of the first switch element and the power terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
