PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage the power supply for users.SOLUTION: A server device 16 comprises a transmitting/receiving unit 21 and a control unit 22. The transmitting/receiving unit 21 receives a demand-supply status from a user's memory 14 which stores the demand-supply status of a battery 18 used by the user. The control unit 22 calculates a power storage amount of the battery 18 on the basis of the demand-supply status. The control unit 22 determines whether or not the power storage amount is less than a predetermined lower limit value. The control unit 22 creates a command to notify of the user who uses the battery 18 that the power storage amount thereof is less than the predetermined lower limit value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
