<p>The present invention relates to a package of a battery protection circuit module suitable for integration and miniaturization. The package of a battery protection circuit module includes: a lead frame which includes a lead for an internal connection terminal, a lead for an external connection terminal, and a lead for mounting a device; a battery protection circuit component mounted on the lead for mounting a device; and an encapsulating material which exposes parts of the lead frame and encapsulates the battery protection circuit component. The lead for an internal connection terminal includes a lead for a first internal connection terminal and a lead for a second internal connection terminal which are exposed to the outside of the encapsulating material and be electrically bonded and connected to a pair of the electrode taps of a battery cell. One of the lead for a first internal connection terminal and the lead for the second internal connection terminal can be folded to allow one of the pair of the electrode taps to be interposed.</p> |
