The present invention relates to a laser handpiece for dental treatment, which can emit laser beams to only a part in need of treatment and is easily replaced with a new one, the handpiece comprising a main body which is connected to a laser generating device and has a moving path in which the laser beam generated from the laser generating device moves; a laser beam-emitting tip which is installed to attach and detach from the front on the main body and emits out the laser beam along with the moving path wherein the laser beam-emitting tip has an optical fiber inside. In the laser handpiece of the present invention, the laser beam-emitting tip and the end part of the optical fiber have a fixed rake angle so that the emitted laser beam is deflected.
