<p>The present invention relates to a thin film transistor substrate, an organic light emitting device including the same, a method for manufacturing the thin film transistor substrate, and a method for manufacturing the organic light emitting device, capable of easily performing a post-process by reducing a height difference of an upper side. The present invention provides the thin film transistor substrate which includes a substrate which includes a first region on which a thin film transistor is not arranged and a second region on which the thin film transistor is arranged, a height control layer which is arranged on the substrate to correspond to at least part of the first region of the substrate, and the thin film transistor which is arranged on the substrate to correspond to the second region of the substrate, the organic light emitting device including the same, the method for manufacturing the thin film transistor substrate, and the method for manufacturing the organic light emitting device.</p> |
