<p>The present invention relates to an ultra-high strength coated steel wire for an overhead transmission and distribution conductor which contains C 0.88 to 0.96 wt%, Si 1.1 to 1.5%, Mn 0.3 to 0.7 wt%, P 0.001 to 0.02 wt%, S 0.001 to 0.02 wt%, Cu 0.001 to 0.3 wt%, Cr 0.2 to 0.4 wt% and includes a residue of Fe. The tensile strength is in a range of 180 to 250 kgf/mm2. And, the present invention relates to an ultra-high strength coated steel wire for an overhead transmission and distribution conductor which contains C 0.95 to 1.0 wt%, Si 1.1 to 1.5 wt%, Mn 0.3 to 0.7 wt%, P 0.001 to 0.025 wt%, S 0.001 to 0.025 wt%, Cu 0.001 to 0.2 wt%, Cr 0.5 to 0.95 wt% and includes a residue of Fe. The tensile strength is in a range of 180 to 250 kgf/mm2. Thereby, a super high strength plating steel wire having tensile strength is applied to a steel core material used for a transmission and distribution line. Thereby, tensile load and increasing wire maximum working tension is increased to greatly reduce the dip of a wire, thereby increasing transfer capability as reduced dip and also being used for a longer span compared to an existing track span.</p> |
