1. A resonator element comprising:
a base section; at least one pair of vibrating arms protruding from the base section; a support arm protruding from the base section; a first through hole provided to the support arm and penetrating the support arm in a thickness direction between one principal surface and the other principal surface of the support arm, the one principal surface and the other principal surface being in a front-back relationship with each other; a first electrically-conductive pad disposed on the one principal surface of the support arm; and a wiring line extending from the first electrically-conductive pad to the base section passing through the first through hole and on the other principal surface of the support arm, wherein the resonator element is fixed to an object with a bonding material entering the first through hole.
