The present invention relates to an oil mist removal device which comprises: an engine installed in a power plant; a boiler producing high-temperature steam by using exhaust gas discharged from the engine; an absorption-type refrigerator producing cold water by action of the steam produced by the engine; a heat exchanger cooling oil mist produced from the engine by the cold water produced from the absorption-type refrigerator, and then separating the oil mist into oil and vapor, or not-collected oil; and a cold water transferring unit supplying the cold water produced by the absorption-type refrigerator to the heat exchanger and collecting the cold water again as connected between the absorption-type refrigerator and the heat exchanger. Provided is an oil mist removal device which promotes safety inside the power plant and improves the efficiency of the engine as the oil mist is removed by cooling the oil mist with the cold water produced from the absorption-type refrigerator, and oil is collected to be resupplied to the engine.
