The present invention relates to a total phosphorous and wastewater system using a metal reactor, and more specifically, to a total phosphorous and wastewater system using a metal reactor, which post processes oil wastewater discharged after used for metal surface treatment in a steel plant, acid and alkali wastewater generated in industrial complex, livestock wastewater, food waste, various oil wastewater (non-degradable wastewater), and other wastewater by using a redox metal reactor in which two metal media having an electrochemical potential difference are filled, aggregates the same to struvite, and fertilizes the same, thereby removing phosphorus, nitrogen, or both included in wastewater.
