The present invention relates to a horizontal well drilling device having a light wave device to enable an amendment of a drilling direction during the well drilling and accurate construction. The horizontal well drilling device having the light wave device comprises: a drive motor combined with one side surface of a support plate to provide rotational driving power; an auger member connected to the drive motor to dig the ground while rotating by the rotational driving power provided from the drive motor; a well drilling case in which a hollow hole is formed therein to receive the auger member in the hollow hole and which is inserted into the ground through digging by the auger member; a guide pipe inserted into the auger member with a location determination sensor which is mounted to be able to detect the digging direction of the well drilling case; the light wave device which is formed on the outer side of the auger member and guides the direction of the well drilling case; and a direction changing unit which changes the digging direction of the well drilling case in order that the well drilling case can dig the ground in a direction guided by the light wave device. The present invention can control the digging direction of the end of the horizontal well drilling device used to install a perforated drain pipe which is connected to a pumping well, thereby allowing accurate construction.
