<p>Provided is a cultivation method of a cultured wild ginseng root for increasing a physiologically active substances by using Lactobacillus sp. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a cultivation method of a cultured wild ginseng root using Lactobacillus sp. comprises the steps of: isolating Lactobacillus sp. from aged kimchi; soaking a cultured wild ginseng root in 30 ppm of weak-acidic hypochlorous acid water for 10 minutes to sterilize the cultured wild ginseng root, followed by preparing a crushed material of the cultured wild ginseng root via the addition of the weak-acidic hypochlorous acid water; performing a seed culture process of purifying the cultured wild ginseng root in a sequence of a first purification process (5% of the cultured wild ginseng root to 95% of an MRS medium), a second purification process (20% of the cultured wild ginseng root to 80% of the MRS medium), a third purification process (40% of the cultured wild ginseng root to 60% of the MRS medium), and a fourth purification process (100% of the cultured wild ginseng root); and performing a main culture process of cultivating the cultured wild ginseng root which has been purified by using Lactobacillus sp.</p> |
