<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gauge capable of changing the manner of how an indicator is seen when an ignition switch is off and on.SOLUTION: Provided is a gauge, mounted in a vehicle, for showing prescribed information about the vehicle to a viewer by an indicator 140 turning on a dial plate 130. The gauge is provided with an indicator cover 173 disposed on the viewer side relative to the indicator 140 and capable of moving in the turning direction of the indicator 140 and a drive part 190 for driving the indicator cover 173. When an ignition switch of the vehicle goes to an off state, the drive part 190 moves the indicator cover 173 to a position overlapping the indicator 140; and when the ignition switch goes to an on state, the drive part 190 moves the indicator cover 173 from the position overlapping the indicator 140.</p> |
