PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a poorly soluble medicine-including particle (microcapsule) with excellent solubility and stability, and to provide a pharmaceutical formulation containing the same.SOLUTION: A medicine-including particle has: an inner layer containing (A) poorly water-soluble medicine and (B) solvent; and an outer layer containing (C) film material. There is also provided a pharmaceutical formulation containing the same.
