PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide various virtual reality by causing a reproduced moving image to be interactive according to a direction in which a viewer views the reproduced moving image in reproduction of a spherical omni-direction moving image by an image reproduction device, such as an HMD device.SOLUTION: When a moving image reproduction program is read from a moving image reproduction program storage part 114 and executed while being developed in a RAM 12, necessary moving image information is read from a moving image information storage part 115 to be decoded on the basis of angular speed information from a gyro sensor 121 of an HMD 12, and sent to the HMD 12 side to be displayed in the display part 122 thereof. Then, particularly, when a viewer viewing a moving image reproduced in this manner shakes his/her head to turn to a specific direction, that is, when a specific image area is displayed in the display part 122 of the HMD 12, a specific event is started.
