PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent chain dielectric breakdown between split electrodes while suppressing reduction of an effective electrode area ratio as to a metalized film for a capacitor element, in order to improve the withstand voltage performance and safety performance of the film.SOLUTION: In a vapor deposition electrode 3 on a dielectric film 2, a set of a large area electrode array region Ai and a small area electrode array region Bi (i=1, 2...) is repeated in the width direction Y of the dielectric film. In the small area electrode array region, a plurality of insulation slits for partitioning a split electrode 5 are set as a combination of a narrow insulation slit 4a having a relatively narrow width and a wide insulation slit 4b having a relatively wide width, and the wide insulation slits 4b are arranged at a pitch set so as to sandwich the aggregate of a plurality of split electrodes 5 adjoining along the longitudinal direction X of the dielectric film in the small area electrode array region.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
