The present invention provides a method for producing a metal sticker, wherein an adhesive surface is formed on one side surface of a metal piece through a simple technique and the adhesive layer having a thickness of 50 micrometers or greater is formed and the adhesive layer is clearly finished without being pressed out of the metal sticker. To this end, the method comprises the steps of: (c) (S5) coating diluted cohesive liquid (3) produced by properly diluting a mixture of an adhesive and a hardening agent through a diluting liquid on a base film (1) and a metal piece (2) having a pattern and temporarily pasted on the base film; (d) (S7) heating and drying the diluted cohesive liquid (3) so that a first cohesive bump (31) and a second cohesive bump (32) are formed to be separated respectively on the contact part of the metal piece (2) and the contact part of the base film (1) by an increase in the surface tension of the cohesive liquid and the shrinkage thereof while the hardening agent and diluting liquid are hardened; (e) (S9) pressing and adhering release paper (4) on the first cohesive bump (31) so that the first cohesive bump (31) is pressed and changed into a cohesive bump (31′) having a rectangular cross section; and (f) (S11) separating the base film (1) from the release paper (4) while the third cohesive bump (31′) and the metal piece (2) are coupled with the release paper (4) and the second cohesive bump (32) is coupled with the base film (1). |
