PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubricant for cable insertion which is capable of smoothly inserting a cable into a protection tube and has insect-proof effects, ant-proof effects or rat-proof effects.SOLUTION: The lubricant is configured to reduce frictional resistance between a protection tube 2 and a cable 1 when inserting the cable 1 into the protection tube 2 and contains an insect-proof component, an ant-proof component or a rat-proof component. The lubricant is applied to an outer surface of the cable 1 and/or an inner surface of the protection tube 2 and the cable 1 is inserted into the protection tube 2. The lubricant contains the insect-proof component, the ant-proof component or the rat-proof component, and insect-proof effects, ant-proof effects or rat-proof effects can be applied to the cable 1 inserted into the protection tube 2 and/or to that protection tube 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
