PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a UT (Ultrasonic Testing) inspection device performing ultrasonic flaw inspection with an immersion type plate wave method for non-destructive inspection on a butt weld part and a U-shaped bent corner part of a thin and long square cylindrical tube can component.SOLUTION: A UT inspection device for a thin and long square cylindrical tube can component constituted by welding butt parts of U-shaped materials formed by folding plates includes: a water tank; a flaw detection part main body 9; a measured object support mechanism fixed and installed on the lower part of the flaw detection part main body; an elevation mechanism which vertically moves the flaw detection part main body to guide the thin and long square cylindrical tube can component installed in the measured object support mechanism into the water tank; and a probe unit installed on the lower part of the flaw detection part main body. The probe unit includes a base plate 12 and an elevation cylinder 15 connected to the base plate, one end of which is fixed to the flaw detection part main body via the elevation cylinder and the other end of which can be brought into contact with the thin and long square cylindrical tube can component by a roller 14 provided in the base plate, and is provided with ultrasonic probes 16A, 16B rotatably attached to both sides of the roller. |
