PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress deformation, and to set a clearance C generated between a valve portion 13 and an intake passage 8 to be small.SOLUTION: Between an intermediate portion 15 and an end portion shaft portion 16 on both side of a valve portion 13 and a control valve housing 1, a stopper mechanism 31 for regulating an axial relative position of the intermediate shaft portion 15 and the end portion shaft portion 16 and the control valve housing 1 by uneven engagement is provided in a circumferential direction of the intermediate shaft portion 15 and the end portion shaft portion 16. Therefore, even if deformation such as warping tends to be generated on the intermediate shaft portion 15 and the end portion shaft portion 16, those positions are fixed to prescribed positions in regard to the control valve housing 1, and the deformation of the valve portion 13, and the intermediate shaft portion 15 and the end portion shaft portion 16 is generally suppressed. |
