PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support the smoothness of a telephone conversation.SOLUTION: A telephone conversation device includes: a detection unit for detecting the uttering of a specific word from a user of the telephone conversation device during a telephone conversation; an extraction unit for extracting frequency characteristics concerning a voice of a communication partner; and a change unit for changing the frequency characteristics of the voice of the communication partner on the basis of the frequency characteristics extracted concerning the voice of the communication partner in accordance with the detection of the uttering.
