PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thread groove processing method capable of securing processing accuracy over a wider range with respect to a nut having a thread groove with a large lead, and to provide a tool used therefor.SOLUTION: In interference grinding of thread groove processing of a nut 10, a processing accuracy securement range is set in a target shape of a groove R part, and a groove part 53 is provided on the outside of a processing accuracy securement range processing part 52 of a processing tool 50, and on the inside of a range equivalent to the width of the thread groove of the nut 10. |
