PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a DC displacement of an output voltage when noise enters through a power line on a side connected with an active load.SOLUTION: Capacitors 21, 22 are provided between respective collectors of transistors 15, 16 and a power line 14 to bring impedances between the respective collectors of the transistors 15, 16 and the power line 14 to balanced values close to each other. When noise enters the power line 14, amplitudes of noise applied to the collectors of the transistors 15, 16 are substantially equal to cause base-emitter voltages via parasitic capacitances to be also substantially equal. This cancels a DC displacement current flowing owing to nonlinear characteristics of the transistors 15, 16 to suppress a DC displacement of an output voltage Vo. |
