PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical image processor or the like capable of generating a medical image in which a diagnostic site can be observed more suitably than in the conventional practice.SOLUTION: The medical image processor includes extraction means for extracting foreground region image data including a diagnostic object of a subject and first background region image data not including the diagnostic object from first medical display image data acquired by imaging the diagnostic object of the subject, and image processing means for generating second background region image data obtained by changing at least one of the luminance and the hue of the first background region image data between a boundary of the foreground region image data and the periphery of the first medical display image data, and generating second medical display image data by using the second background region image data and the foreground region image data.
