PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress overcurrent flowing to a DC motor for power steering.SOLUTION: Power conversion equipment 300 is loaded on an electric forklift, and drives a steering motor M3 based on a control command value S3 showing a rotational angle of a steering wheel of the electric forklift. A voltage command value generation part 304 generates a voltage command value S5 for instructing drive voltage which should be applied to the steering motor M3 according to the control command value S3. A voltage regulation part 306 multiplies the voltage command value S5 by a coefficient according to a state of a steering wheel of the electric forklift. A pulse modulator 308 generates a drive pulse S4 having duty ratio according to a voltage command value S6 through the voltage regulation part 306. A driver 310 drives a chopper switch 302 based on the drive pulse S4.
