PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flame-retardant optical fiber tape capable of securing sufficient flame retardancy without having a sheath. ! SOLUTION: A flame-retardant optical fiber tape includes a plurality of optical fibers 2 arranged in parallel, and a coating layer 3 coating surroundings of the plurality of optical fibers 2 in a lump. The coating layer 3 is made of a resin whose oxygen index is 30 or more. The coating layer 3 has a minimum wall thickness of 0.068 mm or more. When the coating layer 3 is a flame-retardant object, portions other than the coating layer are a non-flame-retardant object, the cross sectional area of the non-flame-retardant object is defined as x, and the ratio of the cross sectional area of the flame-retardant object to the cross sectional area of the non-flame-retardant object is defined as y, the following equation is satisfied: y≥0.4166x+1.1349. !
