PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a discharge device capable of suppressing the transmission of intake pulsation from each branch pipe of an intake manifold. ! SOLUTION: To each branch pipe 12 of an intake manifold 11 provided in a four-cylinder engine, a discharge passage 15 is connected for discharging liquid such as oil or water stored in each branch pipe 12 from each branch pipe 12. The discharge passage 15 includes four first passages 13a-13d each of which is connected at one end separately to each branch pipe 12, and one second passage 14 which is connected to a joint 13e where the other ends of the four first passages 13a-13d are joined. In the joint 13e among the four first passages 13a-13d, a closing valve 20 is provided for interrupting the communication of the four first passages 13a-13d with one another. !
