PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating material which can suppress adhesion of organisms by active oxygen having a smaller organic component-decomposing power than free radicals, and lasts for a long time without decomposition of a synthetic resin in materials. ! SOLUTION: A coating material comprises a carbon nanotube, at least one of a metal oxide and a metal peroxide, and a synthetic resin. A mixing ratio of these components is adjusted so that a surface electrical resistivity in a dry coating film state is 102-104.3 Ω/cm, and the carbon nanotube is contained in an amount of 1-10 wt.%. !
