The present invention relates to a heating kit having a heating material inside and, more specifically, to a heating kit having a heating material which can be applied to maintain the body temperature of a user when an urgent disaster such as earthquake happens by: heating a water tank built in a case by assembling and mounting a heating unit on the lower side of the case; transferring heat to the heat conduction plate of the upper side of the case by the heated water tank; and finally transferring heat to the user.
