The present invention relates to a device for alluring and eliminating algaevores, which interrupt afforestation under the sea. More specifically, an inserted part is formed in a first main body into which algaevores enter. A second main body including a compressing means, which compresses and crushes the algaevores having entered the inserted part, is placed on the device. Therefore, the algaevores having entered the device are eliminated by the compressing means; and separate collection of algaevores is not needed. More specifically, the device can be conveniently used. When the device is used, afforestation under the sea can be permanently and successfully performed.
