PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information display device and an information display method capable of improving the visibility of a user and the recognition rate of an image regardless of a photographic environment.SOLUTION: An information display device 10 includes: a camera 11 for photographing an image; a touch panel 12 for displaying an image photographed by the camera 11; an image correction part 21a for correcting the image photographed by the camera 11 to output an image suitable for the display of the touch panel 12; an image correction part 21b for correcting the image photographed by the camera 11 to output an image suitable for the recognition processing of the image; an object recognition part 23 for performing the recognition processing of the image to be output from the image correction part 21b; and display control means 26 for allowing the touch panel 12 to display additional information corresponding to the recognition result of the object recognition part 23 to be overlapped with the image to be output from the image correction part 21b. |
