PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal blower capable of obtaining stable welding strength between an abutting formed on a blade and an abutted surface formed on at least either one of a main plate or a shroud, an air conditioner, and a method of manufacturing the centrifugal blower.SOLUTION: A centrifugal blower 1 includes: a main plate 10, a shroud 20; and a plurality of blades 30 installed between the main plate 10 and the shroud 20. The 30 has abutting surfaces 34, 35a, and 35b abutting on abutted surface 12a, 22a and the like formed on at least either one of the main plate 10 or the shroud 20. On the abutting surfaces 34, 35a, and 35b, protrusions 36, 37a, and 37b extending linearly or in a curved-shape are formed. The abutting surfaces 34, 35a, and 35b and the abutted surfaces 12a, 22a and the like are welded with each other laser beams 40 and 41 emitted on the protrusions 36, 37a, and 37b and scanned along the protrusions 36, 37a, and 37b. |
