PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the efficiency of a power transmission path in which a torque coupling is assembled.SOLUTION: A torque coupling unit 12 is equipped with an intermediate shaft 20 which is a first member, an output shaft 56 which is a second member, a clutch assembly 70, and a clutch actuator 76. The intermediate shaft 20 drive-engages a clutch can 48 which is a first part of the clutch assembly 70, and the output shaft 56 drive-engages with a clutch drum 58 which is a second part of the clutch assembly 70. The clutch actuator 76 is disposed adjacent to the clutch assembly 70, and has a roller lamp assembly 82. Responding to rotations of the clutch actuator 76, a part of the roller assembly 82 is driven in an axial direction to add power to the clutch assembly 70, and the clutch can 48 is at least variably engaged with the clutch drum 58. |
