<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cast a coil in accordance with a simple technique while improving a shape transfer property, regarding a coil casting device and a coil casting method.SOLUTION: A coil casting device is configured to cast a coil which is wound around a center axis multiple times. The coil casting device comprises: a molding metal die; a bottom die and a top die; and an injection chip and a pressure hold chip. The molding metal die includes: a through hole which is formed in a size corresponding to an inner circumferential surface of the coil to be casted and penetrates the coil in a center axial direction of the coil; and a groove which is formed oppositely to the through hole and matched with a desired shape of the coil. The molding metal die is divided into at least two pieces in a circumferential direction of the coil on the outer peripheral side of the coil, and the molding metal dies are integrated for a plurality of stages in the center axial direction of the coil. The bottom die and the top die penetrate to the through hole, respectively, include communication holes formed coaxially with and with the same diameter as the through hole, and restrict the molding die from both sides in a direction of lamination. The injection chip and the pressure hold chip have an outer diameter which is substantially equal to a diameter of the through hole and a diameter of the communication holes and are movable coaxially in the center axial direction of the coil within the holes. Between the chips, a gap is formed which is filled with a molten metal.</p> |
