PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for preventing occurrence of a failure due to an increase in load when purchase requests are concentrated from many users.SOLUTION: A credit system includes: a usable amount determination part which determines a usable amount after timing of a usable amount update prior to the timing of the usable amount update; and a credit response transmission part which transmits credit response for a credit request based on the usable amount determined by the usable amount determination part when a credit request is received after the timing of the usable amount update.
