<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a physical quantity sensor capable of outputting signals with improved accuracy, which is free from fluctuation of the output signals even when an impact load is applied to the physical quantity sensor.SOLUTION: Compared to a conventional manner in which undesired vibration is attenuated by an anti-vibration member only, the physical quantity sensor is arranged to improve the anti-vibration effect by attenuating undesired vibration of a detection element by means of a terminal 73 and an anti-vibration member 71.</p> |
