摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air vehicle guidance system and an air vehicle guidance method which allow an UAV (Unmanned Air Vehicle) to be remotely controlled even in places and environments where GPS is unavailable.SOLUTION: An air vehicle guidance system 1 includes: a flight device 2 capable of being remotely controlled; a surveying device 3 capable of ranging, angle measuring, and tracking; and a ground base 4 which controls flight of an air vehicle on the basis of measurement results of the surveying device 3. The air vehicle is equipped with a retroreflector as a measurement object, and the surveying device 3 has: a non-prism measurement function of non-prism ranging and angle measuring; a prism measurement function of ranging and angle measuring of the retroreflector; and a tracking function of tracking the retroreflector to perform ranging and angle measuring. The surveying device 3 performs non-prism measurement of a scheduled flight range, and the ground base sets a safe flight range on the basis of the result of non-prism measurement and controls the flight device 2 on the basis of the results of tracking and measurement by the surveying device 3 so that the flight device 2 flies within the safe flight range.
