<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluating an electric circuit capable of accurately grasping the cause of malfunction and contributing to speedy improvement in circuit design.SOLUTION: A method for evaluating an electric circuit according to the present invention has a step of finding a malfunctioning electric power frequency characteristic in which the magnitude of a marginal noise signal causing an electric circuit to be evaluated to malfunction is expressed by electric power injected to the electric circuit to be evaluated, and a step of finding, from the malfunctioning electric power frequency characteristic, a malfunctioning electric power frequency characteristic in which the magnitude of the marginal noise signal causing the electric circuit to be evaluated to malfunction is expressed by a current I_LSI flowing in a prescribed portion of the electric circuit to be evaluated and a malfunctioning electric power frequency characteristic in which the magnitude of the marginal noise signal causing the electric circuit to be evaluated to malfunction is expressed by a voltage V_LSI appearing between prescribed points of the electric circuit to be evaluated.</p> |
