<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quantitatively determine a degree of a sense of security obtained by an assistant front driver during high speed travel in a positional relation with an instrument panel.SOLUTION: A perceived line L passing through a first reference positionα1 and a second reference positionα2 is set in a vehicle side view. The first reference positionα1 is on a line-of-sight directionδ1 of a first depression angleθ1 in an assistant front driver J and defined as a position of a first forward distance (for example, 800 mm) where an actual distance matches with a perceived distance felt by the assistant front driver J. A second reference positionα2 is on a line-of-sight directionδ2 of a second depression angleθ2 which becomes a large depression angle and causes the actual distance and the perceived distance felt by the front assistant driver J to be matched and is set on a small distance (for example, 600 mm). An estimation value of a sense of security during high speed travel is decided according to a deviation of the distance between the perceived line L and data of the planned instrument panel.</p> |
