PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent peeling of a thermal conductive sheet.SOLUTION: A thermal conductive sheet 14 includes: a sheet-like base material 15; and adhesive parts 19, 20 superposed on surfaces of the base material 15. The base material 15 includes a first bending part 18 formed by slits 17 and allowed to be bent and deformed in a direction intersecting with the surfaces of the base material 15, and the adhesive parts 19, 20 comprise: a first adhesive part 19 superposed on the first bending part 18 on the one-side surface of the base material 15 in an adhesive state; and the second adhesive part 20 superposed on an area different from the first bending part 18 on the surface opposite to the one-side surface of the base material 15 in an adhesive state.
