PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device of annular concentric twisted cords with high winding accuracy of a side line wire to an annular core.SOLUTION: A manufacturing device of annular concentric twisted cords includes: a core rotation mechanism 10 for rotating an annular core 1; a first cassette moving mechanism 20 for moving a cassette 50 to outside and inside of a ring of the annular core 1; and a second cassette moving mechanism 30 for moving the cassette 50 from one side to the other side of a rotation shaft of the annular core 1 inside the ring of the annular core 1 and for moving the cassette 50 from the other side to the one side of the rotation shaft of the annular core 1 outside the ring of the annular core 1. The core rotation mechanism 10 includes a pinch roller part 13 and the pinch roller part 13 has a driving roller 13a rotated by a driving force from a drive source and a driven roller 13b provided rotatably, where the contact surface of the driven roller 13b is softer than that of the driving roller 13a.
