PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a board cabinet with a cooling function capable of sufficiently securing an installation space for a cooling unit, and of attaching a power supply unit without straining an installation space for internal equipment.SOLUTION: In a board cabinet with a cooling function having a cooling device divided into a cooling unit 6 and a power supply unit 11, the cooling unit 6 is placed on a rear face of a door 1 of a housing 3, and the power supply unit 11 is placed in the housing 3 via a power supply unit attachment member 16. The power supply unit attachment member 16 is configured to attach the power supply unit 11 so that a lateral direction width of the power supply unit 11 fits in a distance of a space formed between an opening edge part 15 of the housing 3 and the cooling unit 6, in the housing 3, in a state that the door 1 is closed.
