<p>Disclosed are an ultrasonic imaging apparatus and a control method thereof, capable of providing an intuitive ultrasonic image. The ultrasonic imaging apparatus according to one embodiment of the ultrasonic imaging apparatus includes a flexible probe which emits an ultrasonic wave to an object, receives an ultrasonic echo reflected from the object, and has a planar shape, an image processing unit which tracks the gaze of an operator from the image to photograph the operator and generates an ultrasonic image by processing 3D volume data obtained by the ultrasonic echo according to the tracked gaze, and a flexible display which is formed on one side of the flexible probe, displays the ultrasonic image, and has a planar shape.</p> |
