<p>A fig jelly containing fig puree and a method for manufacturing the same are provided. The fig jelly contains fig puree, a gelling agent, and seasonings. Accordingly, fig puree can be contained in the fig jelly to improve the taste and flavor of the jelly and contain rich dietary fiber, in comparison with general fruit jelly, thereby providing fig jelly with excellent nutrition.</p> |
